Artwork/Crests
Camera ready, black and white art, film or
disks (MAC or PC) can be submitted for your custom logo or imprint. We
can often use logos from letterheads or business cards. Fax copies,
JPEG and PDF files are not useable. We have a large library of standard
manufacturing crests that are available for use by authorized dealers.

Artwork and Copy Errors
Customer submitted artwork is reviewed
before production and customer submitted disks are pre-flighted before
film output. We pride ourselves on taking every effort to ensure
accuracy and that your expectations are met. However, we are not liable
for errors in customer submitted art or designer's files which
inadvertently become part of the product.
Card Slots
Four corner card slots can be added to
01-01 and 02-01 designs for an additional charge. Position varies with
the item ordered. Card slots may cut through (or card may cover)
standard forms on some designs.
Changes or Cancellations
Changes to orders in progress may require
additional cost and/or time. Cancellation after work has begun will
require payment for work performed, materials ordered or generated
(including preflight and laser output of electronic files) and any
re-stocking fees incurred.
Damaged Goods/Claims
If your shipment has been damaged in
transit, please mark the shipper "Received Damaged" and call us
immediately. We'll provide you with further instructions.
Imprint Area(s)
Up to 6 lines of typeset copy are included
FREE and you can also include your logo. Crest areas, service hours or
service lists are also included if indicated for the design. Imprints
will be set in a standard type size and typestyle that is compatible to
the design ordered unless other specific instructions are given.
Changes to standard design copy may incur additional charges.
Overuns or Underruns
Due to the number of production processes
in the manufacture of your folder, it is not possible to determine the
exact quantity we will complete. Please indicate your desired quantity
using one of the following methods.
"STANDARD TRADE PRACTICE" - You will be billed for the exact quantity
shipped, not to exceed 10% over or under the quantity ordered. "NO
OVERS" - Must be indicated on order. It is possible your order could
run short by more than 10%. You will be billed for the exact quantity
shipped. "EXACT QUANTITY" - Add 10% to the price for the special
handling involved. "NO UNDERS" - Your order may run over by more than
10%. You will be billed for the exact quantity shipped.
Printing - Standard Ink Colors
Except where color limitations are noted,
standard designs include imprinting in one standard ink color. For best
results, choose ink colors that are darker than the paper you select.
Marble Crush White stock is recommended when using metallic inks (gold
& silver). Consult a Pantone® Matching System (PMS)
book for an accurate representation of colors. Ink colors will look
different on uncoated stocks.
Printing - Non-Standard
Special ink matches, non-standard ink
colors or additional ink colors in imprint areas are available for an
additional charge.
Production Time
Standard production time is 7 working
days. Rush schedules are available. Just tell us when you need it.
Proofs
Upon request, free fax proofs of just your
imprint area are available prior to production. Blueline paper proofs
that show your imprint and standard design copy are also available.
Blueline proofs require additional production time.
Samples
We carry a large assortment of sample
products, available by graphics and industry. Let us know your
requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs. A reasonable
number of samples are available FREE of charge and are sent regular
mail or U.P.S. ground delivery. A sample of each order will be mailed
to the dealer with the invoice.
Shipping Information
We normally ship U.P.S. Ground delivery
inside the continental U.S. For larger shipments, we use more
economical motor freight. If you desire air shipment, please advise us
and specify your carrier. If none is specified, we'll choose an
efficient carrier. Inside deliveries must be indicated on order.
Charges for address changes due to an incorrect "Ship To" will be
invoiced separately.
Stocks
Custom stocks available upon request.
Stock selection or manufacturers may change without notice. All stocks
are subject to occasional mill variations in texture, weight and color.
